I was very strange... We were at a small park in Historic Main Street in Park CIty, Utah, and there was a very friendly cat walking around with no owner! He rubbed himself on my sisters legs and walked around her in circles. He did the same thing to me to! The people sitting at the park said he was very friendly so I asumed that the cat was their's. But when they left without him, I was a little confused. But they were right! He was very friendly!

This is a picture of an old silver mine jail in Park CIty, Utah. The jail is now in a museum. The jail was basicly a basement to the museum. In the jail, there is three jail cells. Two small ones, and one big one. This picture was taken in the big cell. In one of the small cells, there was a dummy sitting in it. I passed by the cell and glanced at the dummy, and nearly had a heart-attack. It scared me really bad! It was really dark in the big cell but the flash made the picture look weird, so I set the camera on the ground, pushed the button, and waited for what seemed like forever for the camera to take the picture. It was still a little dark so I had to lighten it up in photoshop just a little. The jail was really cool!

Today we went to Historic Main Street in Park City. The were so many cool old fashioned looking shops. I almost felt like I was in the 1800's! It was really cool! There was a museum with the old jail in it too! I had so much fun! We even rode the trolley (It was really just a bus decorated like a trolley though...)! There were bookstores, hotels, saloons, resterants, museums, and even candy shops! I love Historic Main Street!

We headed down to Park City after church today for Memorial Weekend. My dad, my sister, and I were exploring the hotel and we came across this chest. I really like the antique look of the chest. If you were able to look closely at the chest, in the circles beside the drawer handles, it has the words:
America
... ... 1812 ... ...
... Columbus... ... ...
... ... ... ... ... ...
... ... ... ... 1839

I'm not sure if this is exactly what it said because the words were hard to make out. The ...'s are words I couldn't make out. I think this chest is really cool looking.

We got Willy about a month ago from people at our church. At first he wasn't used to being around other birds but he got used to it and he now has a girlfriend (my sisters cockatiel)! In this photo he is exploring our living room. To the left of him, is my bird Maddy exploring our shoe corner (http://www.flickr.com/photos/86112806@N00/152285523/). I'm very glad Willy is living with us!

I was playing with my bird and taking pictures and Maddy (my bird) ran of into our shoe corner thingy-ma-bob. I thought it looked funny so I decided to take a picture of her. She is clilmbing my backpack and is obviously wondering what exactly it is that she's climbing. I like how she has her head tilted like she's curious or something.

This is not a photoshop effect! It was actually taken through my fence. The flowers are in my neighbors backyard. I think this gives it a cool effect because it's dull on the outside but in the middle there is something beautiful. When I took this, I sitting in our backyard on a log type thing. I turned my head, saw the flowers and started trying to get a picture of it. I am very happy with my result.

This anchor was found when the causeway was being built from land to Antelope Island. I believe it was found under the water, but I'm not sure. There was a sign telling all about it but I don't remember everything it said. I should of taken a picture of the sign.

My family went to Antelope Island today. We went to the Buffalo Point and there was a seagull hanging around where we were. At first he was just sitting on the rail/ fence thingy in the food area but then he moved down to the rocks by the parking lot. My half brother got really close to it, but I just used the zoom lense. After all, it works!!!

I didn't take any new pictures so I am posting one that Leggnet (my dad) took. Lately we have had some ducks hanging out in the yard we share with our neighbor. On Mother's day, we found out that our neighbor down the street has had the ducks visiting her too. In this picture they are using the puddle left by our sprinklers as a makeshift pond. On Tuesday our nextdoor neighbor (the one we share the yard with) put out a little swimming pool for them. I wonder why they don't hang out at the canal that is five minutes away...

Our beautiful crabapple blossoms have a very cool veiw from underneath. Well, I think so. I had to lay on the sidewalk to get this picture, but I think it was worth it. Good thing the sidewalk wasn't covered in crabapples like it is in the summer!

I really like how the white flowers stand out against the background in this picture. The only thing I don't like is that there a brown parts on the flowers. Oh well. I guess it is a good shot overall.

In the spring, our ugly crabapple trees are actually pretty. My little sister was relaxing in the shade and I asked her to go and pick some crabapple blossoms and sit in the grass and hold them. Of course she did. Sadly, I couldn't edit the Ban-Aid off her finger...

I was taking pictures of flowers in a lady's front yard and she came out and said hi. She nearly scared me half to death, but she invited me to take pictures of her flowers in her back yard! I'm gonna send this picture to MPix to get her a small copy of it for her!
